He married Ruby May Aldrich on 21 Jul 1923 in Hartford, Connecticut. The marriage record calls him a poultryman and her an insurance clerk. They had a child:

In 1930 he, his wife and son lived in Cranston, Rhode Island, where he worked as an assembler in a machine shop. At his death he was called a jeweler and watchmaker.
