Cindy Qualls Lowrance was born on October 20, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late Earl Qualls and Joan Lard.

She was united in marriage to Danny Lowrance who preceded his wife in death on September 18, 1986.

Cindy was a member of Christian Assembly United Pentecostal Church in Adamsville, Tennessee. She enjoyed being outside, animals, and fishing. Most of all, she loved her family, especially her daddy.

Cindy Qualls Lowrance departed this life on November 22, 2022 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 63 years, 1 month, and 2 days.

She is survived by her daughter, Joanie Davis of Savannah, Tennessee; sons, Donnie Davis and his wife Tracy of Morris Chapel, Tennessee, Jessie Davis and his wife Stephanie of Savannah, Tennessee, and Jason Davis of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Kyliee Davis, Trey Davis, Jase Hunt, Megan Sneed, Morgan Sneed, Hudson Davis, Harper Davis, and Olexa Robinson; and great grandchildren, Carter Davis and August Davis.

In addition to her parents and husband, Cindy was preceded in death by her brother, Donnie Qualls; sisters, Kathy Fearnow, Sherry Qualls, Donna Qualls, and Debbie Myrick; and grandmother, Lela Davis.
