Lyle R. AMES Passed away July 12, 2004 at age 74 in Kirkland, WA. Born Dec. 24, 1929 in Olympia, WA to George and Oval Ames. He was one of 9 children. Lyle graduated U of W with a BA, served 4 years in the Navy during the Korean War, and worked as an Industrial Engineer for Boeing for 37 years. He thoroughly enjoyed life! Lyle and his wife Patricia were married for almost 50 years. He is survived by his remaining family: his wife Patricia, his daughter and sons, his grandchildren, and his siblings. A Memorial Service will be held this Saturday, July 24, 2004, at 2:00 pm at Cedar Park Northshore Church, 18737 68th Ave NE, Kenmore, WA 98028. Lyle will be interred at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA.
