Mrs. Sarah Ellen Lee Succumbs at
Age of Eighty-Three
Mrs. Sarah Ellen Lee, Eighty three years old, Agency, widow of James M. Lee, and a lifelong resident of Buchanan County, died this morning at a St. Joseph hospital. Mrs. Lee was the grandmother of the late John Hanawy; a St. Joseph patrolman. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Bettie Barnes, Gower; and a granddaughter, Mrs. C. W. Hines, St. Joseph; The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Agency Methodist Church, of which she was a member, and burial will be in Frazier Cemetery. The body is at the home.
