"William Hillhouse, of Route 1, died Monday morning at 1 o'clock of consumption. Mr. Hillhouse's health has been very bad for quite a while and no doubt death was a great relief to him, as he was prepared to go. Mr. Hillhouse was one of the pioneers of this part of the country and was known in this part of the country. He was buried Tuesday afternoon in the family graveyard. Reverend Ira Karr conducted the funeral."

Death Certificate info for my great Uncle William
I know the headstone states 15 Apr 1915 yet the death certificate states 04 Apr 1915 at home at 4am and buried on 05 Apr 1915 and I tend to go along with the death certificate since it was filed with the state by the Registrar on 9 Apr 1915.
Doctor was Uncle Doc Carlton.
Death Certificate informant: Jo Anna Arnold (Daughter)
Thanks for what you do!
