Gordon B. Gray
1949 - 2022
VETERAN

Gordon B Gray, born on August 7, 1949, in Lehi, Utah, second of eight children, passed away on November 13, 2022, at the Mervyn Sharp Bennion Central Utah Veterans Home in Payson, Utah.

He was a graduate of Lehi High School in the class of 1967. He is a veteran of the Vietnam conflict, serving proudly for his country.

Through the years, he worked at a variety of jobs, including; Deseret Pharmaceutical, Auto Meter, and a chef at Hotel Utah.

Gordon had a big heart with a special place in it for each sibling and every niece and nephew. He was a talented chef and an avid fisherman. These activities, and others, were not hindered by a debilitating disease he suffered with for over half of his life. He looked forward to this day for many years, being anxious to reunite with his parents and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Darlene Gray. He is survived by his siblings: Johnny (Mary) Gray, Carol (John) Allred, Russell (Judy) Gray, Bert (Becky) Gray, Bill (Jennifer) Gray, Kathleen (Chris) Chaney, and Karen (Lance) Patterson; and many nieces and nephews.

Thanks to the wonderful people at the veterans home and Bristol Hospice, who helped to make his final days easier.
