Nina Rea Coltrane, 56, left us for her Heavenly home on Monday, November 14, 2020, at Chapel Hill Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 21 at 2pm at Red Cross Baptist Church in Climax. Interment will follow at the church's cemetery with Rev. Bud Rowe officiating.

Nina Rea was born in Guilford County on August 2, 1966, to the late Walter Thomas and Frances Darlene Cox Coltrane. She enjoyed worshiping and fellowshipping with her Red Cross Baptist Church family, where she was a lifelong member, singing for her Savior, caring for her feline companion Toby, spending time with Janet Baxter, Sherri Thomas, and boyfriend Paul Haga. She worked at Faith Christian School in Ramseur.

Nina was predeceased by both of her parents and her sister Myra Lynn Coltrane Hargett.

She is survived by sisters: Cynthia Cox and her husband Ricky; Tiffany Freeman and her husband Rodney; Pamela Trotter and her husband Reece; brothers Scotty Coltrane, T. J. Coltrane, and brother-in-law Jeff Hargett; Nieces Ashley Saunders, Destynee Freeman, Meghan Murray, Janie Coltrane, Veronica Woods, Emily Woods, Latisha Hargett Chapman, and Havyen Murray; Nephews Rodney Freeman Jr., Ricky Freeman, Michael Coltrane, Bradly Hargett, Thomas Chapman, Nathan Chapman, and Isaac Hargett.

The family will receive friends from 6pm - 8 pm on Sunday, November 20 at Forbis & Dick, Pleasant Garden NC.
