Glenn H. Morris died on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at the Eiffel Gardens Senior Living Facility in Paris, TN, at the age of 80.

He was born in Pinson, TN on October 5, 1942, the son of the late Woodard Ralph and Mary Nadine Kirby Morris. He was married to Ruthie Smith Morris who preceded him in death in 1994. Glenn was an Electrician by trade, having worked all over the country and a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Electrician Workers. He was continually active in the IBEW Jackson chapter, serving as Vice-President until its closure and later going to the Nashville chapter.

Glenn was an avid Alabama fan, who enjoyed traveling with his wife Ruthie before her death.

He is survived by his two brothers, Ralph Morris, Jr. and wife Janet of Jackson, TN and Robert Morris and wife Linda of Huron, TN.

SERVICES: A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2022, in the Chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Humboldt, TN. Pallbearers will be Glenn's nephews and great-nephew. The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, November 17, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
