Phyllis Lorraine (Crumling) Dietz, 88, passed away November 10, 2022, at Amoroso Wellness of York, PA; in the care of Grane Hospice.
Mrs. Dietz was the wife of the late Allen H. Dietz, Jr. She was born on September 23, 1934, in Yorkana, PA;. They would have been married 69 years. She was the daughter of the late Mervin E. and Maggie (Barley) Crumling. She had three brothers, James Crumling, Melvin (Abe) Crumling and Richard (Fritz) Crumling.
Phyllis worked multiple places, Jack Horner's Shoe Store, Hill's Department Store, Admissions at Memorial Hospital to name a few. She was a member of the Yorkana Fire Co Ladies' Auxiliary. She was on several bowling teams at East Lincoln Lanes. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo.
Phyllis is survived by seven children: Wendy (Dietz) Moul and husband William; Scott Dietz and wife Bonnie; JoAnn Dietz and husband Lee; Lorrie Dietz and partner Jeffrey Klahold; David Dietz and wife Gail; Jill Dietz and partner Duane Kornbau; Lisa Dietz and partner Kevin Sollenberger. She had 17 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, December 4, between 1:00-4:00 at Cool Creek Golf Club, 300 Cool Creek Rd, Wrightsville, PA 17368.
