U.S. Veteran, Bobby Lee Norton, 87, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2022 following a long and hard fought battle with Parkinson's. He was born July 24, 1935 in Lincoln County, Kentucky to the late Virgil and Gladys (nee Reynolds) Norton. He grew up on his family's farm where he first learned the value of hard work. Bobby proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and eventually took over his parents' farm.

After relocating to the area, Bobby worked in the produce department at Kroger before working at the Ford plants in Sharonville and Batavia where he built transmissions for many years before his retirement.

Bobby will be deeply missed by his surviving wife, J. Diann (nee Brown) Norton, whom he married on December 24, 1959. Together, they raised their family in Blue Ash, Ohio and were longtime members at Blue Ash Church of Christ. Adored "Daddy" to his daughters, Stephanie (the late Dennis) Mullins and Sandy Swensen; beloved "Papa" to his grandchildren, Derek Lee Singleton, Steven Tyler Swensen, Taya Dawn Swensen, and Victoria Lane Swensen. He will also be deeply missed by his many friends, co-workers, and church family. Bobby will be remembered and celebrated for his friendly, outgoing spirit who was a hardworking and meticulous provider for his family.

Visitation will be from 12:30 pm until the time of service at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home, 10211 Plainfield Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241. Entombment will be on the grounds at Rest Haven Memorial Park. A reception will follow in the Community Room at the funeral home. Online condolences may be shared at www.MRFH.com
