Ralph was born to Elva and Queenie Banks, July 17, 1933 in Kersey, Oklahoma. He was a resident of Yuba City for 25 years.
He was a machinist for Garbarino Machine and Iron Works of San Jose, California for over 50 years, less his 2 years of service in the United States Army.
Ralph leaves his wife of 62 years, Loretta Banks of Yuba City; daughter and son-in-law Deborah and Mike Vargas of Dobbins; son and daughter-in-law Dion and Debbie Banks of Yuba City; granddaughters Andrea and her husband Chris Ulicki and Jennifer and her husband Ryan Zelmar all of San Jose; grandson Eric Finnegan of Morgan Hill and great grandchildren, J.T., Madison and Blake Ulicki of San Jose.
He was preceded in death by sons, Ralph Jr. and Keith Banks; daughter Karen Finnegan and son-in-law Jeff Finnegan.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the home of Dion and Debbie Banks, 879 Kimball Ave., Yuba City.
