Glen Charles Prevost, on Sunday, June 2, 2002 from cancer. Age 63 years. Mr. Prevost was a native of Opelousas, Louisiana, where he worked as a machinist until moving to New Orleans in 1986. For the past 15 years, Mr. Prevost had been in the employ of his lifelong friend, Paul Prudhomme, most recently as a Saucier at K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen Restaurant. Mr. Prevost is survived by his wife: Gail Bonomo Prevost, his mother: Vernice Prevost, his children: Cane, Cory, Jason and Chuck, his brother Raymond and Danny Prevost, his sister: Janice Hartiens, Ada Vilardo, Marilyn Noel, Leone Lavergne, Meona Matte and Stephanie Manuel and their families. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, 3053 Dauphine Street, New Orleans, LA. on Wednesday, June 5, 2002 at 2:00 PM. Inurnment will be private. A visitation will be on Wednesday, June 5, 2002 at 1:00 PM until time of Mass at church.
