The death has occurred at Maharahara of Mrs Gilbert Brine. It appears she underwent a serious operation on Saturday last and failed to rally. Mrs Brine, popularly known as Miss Cissy Duff, eldest daughter of Mrs. Duff, of Greytown, was 37 years of age. She leaves a husband and one son. She was much respected in Greytown, where she spent her early life, and her demise will be regretted by her many friends. The funeral will take place on Wednesday at Greytown.
