He was a farmer. He could not read, his wife did the reading. They read the Bible a lot. Seven of there children grew to adulthood. Susan, Abe and Marie died as small children. Tobias Becker parents were Bernard "Barney" Becker and Helena Tesman. Tobias Becker lived in Enid, Garfield County , Oklahoma for a while.. He was a Mennonite.
