Lena Marie (Hey) Ouellet age 67 passed away Sunday, May 17th in at St. Francis in Wichita, KS. She was born November 1, 1952 in Muscatine, IA to the late Frank and Dorthy (Corle) Hey.

Lena was joined in marriage to Jeannot Ouellet in 1970, they later divorced.

Lena worked a variety of jobs throughout the years but spent the majority of her career in the helping profession, primarily in the field of developmental disabilities. She is known for her caring nature and wonderful sense of humor.

Lena was a devoted mother, aunt, grandmother, sister, and friend.

She is survived by her son Mario Ouellet and wife Krystle of Wichita, daughter Angela Allen and husband Chad of Moline and granddaughters, Madason Ouellet and Jadyn Allen, sisters, Linda High and Pearl Williams and brother, Merle Hey, all of Moline.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Ethel Simpson, Beatrice Harrison, Frank Hey, William Hey, and Wanda Hey.

She is loved and will be missed by many. Memorial services to be scheduled at a later date.
