Passed away peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Saviour, with his family by his side, on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at University Hospital, London at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Erma (Frey) Martin for nearly 45 years. Loving father to Shirley and Clare Sauder, Fern and Clare Bauman, Floyd and Lindsey Martin, Pauline and Wayne Metzger, Carol and Maynard Martin, Bernice and Marlin Brubacher, Larry and Jessie Martin, Linda and Kenneth Brubacher, Diane, and Duane Metzger. Remembered by 31 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Brother of Ella and Orlan Martin, Loreen and Amos Metzger, Emma and Murray Horst, Oscar and Florence Martin, and brother-in-law to Naomi Martin. Will be missed by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and their families. Predeceased by his parents Elmer and Almeda Martin, son Kent in infancy, grandson Landyn, and brother Lloyd. Visitation will take place on Monday, November 7, 2022, from 2-4 and 6:30-8:30 p.m. and on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, from 2-5 p.m. at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira.
