[Special Dispatch to Baltimore Sun] Frederick, MD. Jun 2,- The will of Clayton R. Hemp, Jefferson, was probated yesterday. After bequeathing $100 to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, he gave to his wife Louisa Hemp, $2000; to his daughter, Mrs. Nina D. Flook, $150; to his son, Charles A. Hemp, $500; to his son, John W. C. Hemp, $500; he gives $500 to his widow to be paid to each of his four daughters when 21 years old or upon their marriage. All his farming implements and growing crops are given to his sons Charles A. and John W. C. Hemp, and the option for one year of purchasing the farm at $85 an acre. The residue of the estate is divided into eight equal shares for his wife abd each of his eight children. He appoints his son, Charles A. and John W. C. Hemp, sole executors without bound.
