Mrs. Veilleux was a graduate of Edward Little High School, and St. Mary's School of Nursing as a Medical Laboratory Technologist. She retired after 32 years of service to the VA at Togus.
She was a communicant of St. Augustine Catholic Church and a member of St. Michael's Parish Community.
Mrs. Veilleux was an honorary life member of the Cushnoc Senior Citizens.
She was pre-deceased by her husband of 57 years, Norman R. Veilleux in 2020; two brothers: Robert and Normand Bernier and a sister, Muriel Kramarz all of Lewiston.
Mrs. Veilleux is survived by her daughter, Diane Hunt and her husband Jonathan of Augusta and two granddaughters, Michaela Chittenden of Naples, FL, and Shaina Robinson of Carmel, IN.
At her request, there will be no public visiting hours. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Civic Center Dr., Augusta.
