"Very valuable farm for sale. This farm is situated one mile and a half from Derwood Station on the Metropolitan Branch Rail Road three miles and one-half from Rockville and contains 260 acres of land more or less. Sixty acres being choice meadow land and thirty acres in oak and chestnut lumber. It has on it an apple orchard of 260 trees and a pear orchard of 160 trees of fine varieties. It is well watered, in a good state of cultivation and improved by a large three-story brick dwelling. Roomy barn and all necessary out buildings. This place will be sold on reasonable terms. Apply to Mrs. M. V. K. Robertson 47 Brune Street, Baltimore, MD or W. G. Robertson on the place. May 22 - 12 m."

"Rockville and Vicinity. General and Personal News from Montgomery County's Capital. Special Correspondence of The Evening Star. Rockville, Md. The funeral of Mrs. Mary V. Key Robertson, who died Wednesday at the residence of her son, T. Parkin Robertson, in Baltimore, took place at 10:30 o'clock this morning from St. Mary's Catholic Church. The services were conducted by Rev. John Gaynor, pastor of the church and the interment was in the cemetery adjoining the church."
