Geraldine D'Addabbo (Jerry), 92, died on September 28, 2022, with her family by her side in San Tan Valley, Arizona. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 12:00 P.M., at 31844 N. Gantzel Road, San Tan Valley, Arizona. Jerry was born on July 10, 1930, in El Centro, California to Herald Freeman Hays and Emma McClendon. She dedicated her life to being a Wife, a Mother and a Grandmother. She gave herself unselfishly to the care of her family and she was loved by all who knew her.



Jerry was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and she and her husband, Patrick D'Addabbo, served CES and family history church missions, as well as church missions in New Zealand, in Russia and in Madagascar.



Mrs. D'Addabbo is survived by her children: David D'Addabbo, Michael D'Addabbo, Michele Silva, Soraya Lott, Stephen D'Addabbo, Celeste D'Addabbo, Jared D'Addabbo, Hyrum D'Addabbo, Colette Pollick, and Corinna Bair.



She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick D'Addabbo and by her sons, Aaron D'Addabbo and Patrick D'Addabbo, Jr.
