She was the daughter of Luther and Gertrude Barfield Talley and the wife of Douglas Vernon Fulmer. Together they raised two children, Oliver Randall and Douglas Eric "Opey" Fulmer. She leaves behind her husband Douglas Vernon, two sons and daughter-in-law, Michelle, ( Douglas' wife ) and four grandchildren, Audie and Allie from Oliver Randall Fulmer, and Brandey and Logan from Douglas Eric "Opey" and Michelle Fulmer.
