PHILIPSBURG -- Terry L. Lucas, 59, of Philipsburg, died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2022, at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.

Terry was born on Aug. 28, 1963, in Lock Haven, a son of the late Ray S. and Jean C. (Spangler) Lucas.

He was a graduate of Lock Haven High School. Terry also attended the Pennsylvania State University, University Park Campus.

He was employed for most of his working career as the national sales manager for Lion County Supply, Port Matilda. Later in his working career, he was employed as an appliance service technician with Audio Video Appliance Center, Clearfield.

Terry was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, Houtzdale; a social member of the Smithmill VFW Post 6321; a member of the L.O.O.Moose, Lodge 1172, Madera; and he was a member of the Lithuanian Club and the Slovak Workingmen's Club, both of Osceola Mills.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Dennis "Denny" Lucas; a niece, Jeannie Conway; and his former spouse, Diane Byers Lucas.

He is survived by a son, Dylan F. Lucas and his wife Emily and their daughter, Audrey Louise, all of (Black Moshannon) RD Philipsburg; three sisters, Barbara Conway of North Carolina, Cathy Wensel and her husband Dennis of Beech Creek and Annette Tressler of Howard; a brother, William "Bill" Lucas and his wife Janet of Howard; and numerous other extended family members.

A memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church, 214 E. Beaver St., Philipsburg, on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022, at 11 a.m., with Pastor Ted G. Seibert officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
