December 12, 1931 - March 19, 2016

Virginia M. Ecoff, 84, of Fortville, went home to be with Jesus March 19, 2016 in Greenfield. She was born December 12, 1931 in Noblesville to the late Cecil O. and Helen M. (Sharpe) Kellam. She worked as a stenographer for Eli Lilly and later as a bookkeeper for NAPA for 15 years and was a member of Fortville First United Methodist Church. Ginny was a joyful person who expressed her faith through her love for people. She was an excellent seamstress, upholsterer and cook. She also enjoyed the Colts, Peyton Manning, bible study, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Ecoff is survived by her daughter, Connie (Jeff) Roudebush of Fortville; granddaughter, Christa (Dan) Herring of Carmel; grandson, Keian (Carly) Roudebush of Carmel; great-grandchildren: Vance, Kiana, Grace, Madelyn, Alex, Charlotte and Kade; sisters Sandra (Allen) Rees and Janie (Butch) Cox, both of Fortville; brother-in-law Tom (Althea) Ecoff; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim Ecoff in 2008; sons Curtis and Chris Ecoff; brothers Everett and Jack Kellam; and sisters Betty Bennett and Judy Roberts.

Funeral Information

A celebration of Ginny's life will be held at 1 pm, Friday, March 25, 2016 at Fortville First United Methodist Church.Friends may call on Friday, March 25, 2016 from 11 am until the service begins. Private burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
