Paul Kratzer, 71, of Coplay died April 12, 2007 in his residence. He was the widow of Jane B. (Piper) Kratzer. Born in Catasauqua, he was the son of the late Earl T. and Mildred (Steits) Kratzer. For more than 25 years Paul worked as a delivery driver and service technician for Deiter Brothers and Swann Oil companies before retiring. After retiring, he worked for Giant grocery store in Coplay. He was an Army veteran, where he served with the military police and received the Good Conduct Medal.
Survivors: Survived by son, Mark Kratzer of Catasauqua; brother, Frank Kratzer of Allentown; a grandson.
Services: private, will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the John H. Brubaker Funeral Home, Catasauqua.
