Merion Eiswerth, 56, of Trout Run entered into God's loving hands Wednesday, May 22, 2013. She was at home with family after a lengthy illness.

Merion was born in Williamsport on January 4, 1957 the daughter of Paul and Anna Eiswerth. Merion graduated from Williamsport High School class of 1975.

Her life was dedicated to her family, nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. She was the rock that held the family together. Family gatherings and big Christmas parties where what she looked forward to the most. She loved cooking large meals, trips to Wegman's, shopping, and going to the beach. She was very inquisitive and loved to meet new people.

She worked at Avco Lycoming.

She is survived by her brothers Ken (Glenda) Eiswerth, Trout Run, Carl (Mary Ellen) Eiswerth, Williamsport, Paul (Mark Saab partner) Eiswerth, Pittsburgh, Michael (Michelle) Eiswerth, New York,
Jimmy (Chris) Eiswerth of Sweet Valley, Bill (Deb) Eiswerth, Lancaster and her sister Debbie (Corky) Wasson, Trout Run. 18 nieces and nephews, Her nephew Kip Eiswerth, and best friend, niece Rachel who loved her dearly and had a special place in her heart for her.

She is preceded in death by her parents. Anna Margaret and Paul G. Eiswerth.
She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her.

God will wipe away every tear from their eyes there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.

Friends may call at the Crouse Funeral Home 133 East Third Street Williamsport on Monday May 27, 2013 from 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Joseph the Worker Catholic Church 702 W Fourth Street on Tuesday morning at 10 am. Burial will be in St Michael Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted.
