Dorothy went to meet her Heavenly father, after a courageous 10-year battle with cancer. She was born and lived most of her life in Tampa, Florida and moved to this area in 2005. She was Pentecostal by faith. Dorothy retired after more than 30 years of working for TECO, as a meter clerk. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, exploring the back roads and small towns of Florida, but mostly spending time with her family. She leaves to cherish her memory her two children: Kerri (Mobley) Brown and her husband, Kirk of Brunswick, Georgia; Gene Mobley and his wife, Shannon of Dade City, Florida; 14 grandchildren: Erik Brown and his wife, Sarah; Nikole Brown, Mark Brown, Andrew Brown, Joel Brown, Nathaniel Brown, Jonathon Brown, Joshua Brown, Kaleb Brown, Kristyann Brown, Katelyn Belser and her husband, Kelvin, Tiffany Macomber and her husband, John, Ashley Mobley and her soon to be husband, Vincent Morgan, and Colten Mobley; two great grandsons: Daniel and William Brown; and her brother, Donnie Eiland of Georgia.
