Birth Name: Johann Walter Edward Morse Rummel. British concert pianist and composer. Son of British concert pianist Franz August Rummel and American heiress Cornelia (Leila) Livingston Breese Morse, daughter of telegraph inventor Samuel Morse and his second wife Elizabeth Griswold Morse. His cremated remains were placed in an elaborate communal vault for artists with a carved mourning angel atop the tomb, commemorating the numerous artists buried there.
