Death of Herman Fromer – Herman Fromer, age sixty-one years died at his home on West Railroad street on Sunday Morning at 2 o’clock after a long illness with a complication of disease. Mr. Fromer was born in Germany and came to this country when quite a young man and had lived here since that time with the exception of two years which he spent in Pennsylvania. He was a good citizen and was highly respected by all who knew him. He was the brother of the late Charles Fromer and is the last of a large family of children. He is survived by a wife and three daughters, Mrs. Adolph Leimgruber and Mrs. James Alcon of this city and Mrs. Peter Klein, of Indianapolis. Funeral services were held on Tuesday morning at St. Mary’s at 9 o’clock . Rev. Father Fichter officiating.
