Addis Effie E, 82, Merriam, died Sunday in Parkview Hospital. She was born Aug. 11, 1892 in Green Twp to Jacob and Martha (Ott) Lamon. She married Bert Addis March 21, 1913. He died Oct. 31, 1937. She lived most of her life in Merriam and was a member of Merriam Christian Chapel. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. George F. Stults, R. 1, Kimmell; one son, Samuel H., Toledo, Ohio; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral will be Wednesday in Smith Funeral Home, Columbia City. Burial, Christian Chapel Cemetery
