NORWAY – Clarence L. French, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2022, He was born Dec. 19, 1935, in North Norway a son of Phillip L. and Gertrude (Pushard) French, on their family dairy farm.

He graduated from Norway High School in 1955. He enlisted in the United States Navy after high school, retiring after 20 years of service as Master Chief Petty Officer Electrician Mate in 1975.In 1976 he returned to Norway to build his house on Pikes Hill, then started his Refrigeration and Appliance repair business which he operated until 2005.He married Patricia Morse, September of 1959 and they were divorced December of 1978.He was predeceased by his parents and sister Evangeline Little.

He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted children, daughters, Dodi (French) Turney, Loree J. French and son Douglas P. French; his brother Gary French, sister Jean McKeen and Pearl Strout.

In keeping with Clarence's wishes all services are private and at the convenience of the family.
