Irene did not bear any children, but she did care for her aged and widowed mother Emma Edmee Wasson Parsons, and her aged and spinster aunt Louisa Kramer Wasson(1857-1936). In addition, she gave birth to a large body of family history that is found in the Archival Section of the Genealogical Division of the Indiana State Library. The call number is G 929.9 W337 and designated V24. Also there you will find the results of a monstrous correspondence based on the U.S. Directory of A.T.&T, found in the New York City Library done by William Albert /"Billy Wasson( 1866-1946). The letters can also be found in the Indiana State Library. The log of letters and a short description of the results from the responses can be found in the family file of the Regional Library in Eaton, Ohio, called "Wassons of the U.S.A." It obviously covers all Wasson lines.
