Wyoming County Times, Thursday, December 24, 1953:
Noah J. Jines a resident of South Warsaw for 13 years passed away at the Wyoming County Community Hospital on Monday, December 21st. He was born in Dalgreen, Illinois on October 5, 1872 and on March 6, 1904, he married Pearl Moore who survives him. He also leaves 6 children, William Jines of Hermitage, Herbert Jines and Donald Jines of South Warsaw, Mrs. John Pringle of Warsaw, Mrs. Clayton Lindsley of Wethersfield Springs and Mrs. Harold Pond of Perry and 5 grandchildren. Weeks Funeral Home handled arrangements. Rev. John Allen of the Baptist Church officiated. Mr. Jines had been employed in the Warsaw Button Co. factory for 23 years. He was a member of a Baptist Church in Oklahoma where the family lived for some time. The bearers were Richard Carpenter, Benjamin Wilcox and Clarence Cole of Warsaw and Howard Slocum of Bliss.

First wife, Alta Frogett born June 1876 Kansas died in the year of 1902 out in Oklahoma. So this must be were Pearl Jines born in 1888 comes from out west. Noah Jines is buried with his second wife. For he was married before to a Alta Frogett for I have two boys listed with Noah Jines and Alta Frogett they both were born in 1892 and 1894 out west one in Iowa and other was born in Kansas. Born October 5,1872 Dahlgren,Hamilton Illinois. He died December 21,1953. (Information kindly submitted by another researcher)
