West Monroe: Nov. 11, Charles C. Huggins, 41, conductor of the A & LN Railroad, died at his home in West Monroe, Saturday afternoon after a long illness.
Memorial services will be held in McGuire Methodist Church in West Monroe at 9:30 am on Monday. The Rev. Don Wineinger will officiate assisted by Rev. Brady Forman. A second service will be held in Ringgold Methodist Church at 3 pm on Monday. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery in Ringgold under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.
He is survived by his widow: one son, Charles C. Huggins, Jr., West Monroe; one daughter, Betty Dean Huggins, West Monroe; His parents, Mr. & Mrs. Ed C. Huggins of Ringgold; two sisters, Mrs Phillip Cook and Mrs. Seward Thomas of Ringgold
