Charles Schutt, 82, father of Clarence Schutt of Kearney died at Julesburg, Colo., Tuesday. Born in Illinois, he lived in the David City area for many years, later moving to Julesburg.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Pleasanton, with the Rev. G. W. Berglund officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Valley cemetery.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Eva Stafford of Everett, Wash., Mrs. Lawrence Moline of Ogallala, and Mrs. Raymond Pickernell of Julesburg, Colo., and four sons, Roy and Owen of Julesburg, Clyde of Ovid, Colo., and Clarence of Kearney.
Mrs. Schutt died in 1936. She was the former Mary Zimmer of Pleasanton.
