Philip Causey Allen, age 73, of High Point, NC passed away peacefully at home on September 28, 2022 after several years of declining health. Phil was predeceased by his father James Henry Allen, Jr., his mother Doris Causey Allen and his older brother James Henry Allen, III. He is survived by his wife of 43 years.

Phil was a graduate of Grimsley High School, Guilford College and a US Army veteran. His sales career spanned 30+ years. In 2009 he retired from the Stetson Hat Co, a division of Hatco, Inc.

Phil was a lifelong bass fishing enthusiast, fishing with the same group of buddies every month for many years.

A visitation will be held from 2-4:00 pm, Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Forbis and Dick Guilford Chapel. Ashes will be scattered at his favorite fishing place, at a later date.
