She worked at National Manufacturing until retiring after 23 years. She also loved farming and animals, especially cows. JoAnne also enjoyed gardening and baking.
She is survived by her son, Rex (Mary) Haeft of Milledgeville; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and sister, Charlotte (John) Mravunac of AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, LaVerne; son, Myrl; and brothers, Robert, Rodney, Jerry, Edward, and Arnold.
A service will be held at in the Chapel of Peace at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Freeport on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. There will be a visitation before the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. A memorial fund has been established for the Milledgeville Fire Dept.
