September 8, 1962 - December 13, 2021
Annette M. Burkhart, born September 8th, 1962 in Dodge City, passed away from cancer December 13th surrounded by her loved ones. Daughter of Francis and Flora Ricke, youngest of nine.
Survived by the love of her life, Roger Burkhart, united in marriage for 37 years. Three Children Derek James Burkhart (Holly), Ashley Marie Walker (Aaron), William Francis Burkhart (Cassandra). Six grandchildren Ross James, Allie Marie, Duelley Roger, Raleigh Mae, Mabel Denise, Morgan Frances, Gabriel Allen, Carina Elise, Coralina May. Our beloved house Beagle, Gage, and all of grand pups.
She was her husband's right hand. Her hands were never idle, even when she wasn't tending to the farm. She handcrafted the most beautiful rosaries, beautified and fixed everything around her. You can't turn around without seeing something she had created, fixed, or made her own. Her grandchildren absolutely lit up her life, as she did theirs so very much. She lived her life for the ones around her, knowing that she touched their lives made her happy.
Prayer vigil service to be held at St. Mary's church, Hodgeman county 6:30pm, Thursday December 16th. There will be a private burial. Memorials can be made out to the St. Mary's cemetery and Hospice of the Prairie, Dodge City.
