He was born June 19, 1891, at Bryansville, Mo., and spent his early life there. He served with the U.S. Army during World War I.
Mr. Parks made his home in Yakima and then moved to California until coming to Manson in 1946.
From 1946 until 1950 he was employed at Hubbard Orchards, here, and in 1950 moved to Anchorage, Alaska, where he was a marshal for the federal prison. He retired in 1955.
In 1965 he moved to Chelan.
There are no known survivors.
