Lewisburg Leader - September 12, 1912 - Mrs. Elizabeth Ozias, widow of the late Eli Ozias, died Monday shortly after the noon hour at the home of her son, Pearl Ozias, in Lexington at the mature age of 84. Mrs. Ozias had been in declining health for a year or more, a part of which she was practically a confirmed invalid, and her death therefore came not unexpectedly.

Almost the whole of her married and widowed life was spent on a large farm three miles south of Lewisburg on the Sheep Road, in which neighborhood she was held in high esteem.

Funeral rites were held yesterday afternoon at one o’clock from the house and were conducted by Rev. Rasey of the local U.B. Church, her pastor. Burial was made in the Upper Lewisburg cemetery, beside the body of her husband whose death occurred in 1902.

The deceased is survived by two sons – Pearl of Lexington with whom she resided the latter years of her life and Bert, south of Lewisburg.
