Peter Jr. "Don" Adamczak, also known as Donnie Adams, 88, of Stevens Point, died peacefully Thursday September 22, 2022 at his home with his loving family and under the care of Promedica Hospice Care.

Peter was born September 17, 1934 in the Town of Stockton to the late Peter Sr. and Selma (Eickendorf) Adamczak. After graduation from P.J. Jacobs High School, he was employed at Consolidated Papers, Inc. at the Whiting division for 35 years before retiring.

Peter was married to the late Frances (Dombrowski) Adamczak on June 9, 1956 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia for 46 years until her death in 2003. Fran was the love of his life.

Peter was a member of St. Bronislava Catholic Church and was an usher there for many years. He was involved in numerous parish activities, along with being a member of The Knights of Columbus.

His passions included fishing, gardening, and attending his grandkids sporting events. He was a HUGE Brewer and Packer fan, even taking in a live Brewer game just 1 year ago with his entire family!

He will be greatly missed by his children: Dean (Mary) Adamczak of Plover, Lori O'Brien of Plover, Robert (Sue) Adamczak, & David Adamczak both of Custer and Kari (Loren) Foster of Waukesha, 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Also survived by one brother Alois (Eleanore) of Wauwatosa and two sisters Janet Woyak of Plover and Carol (Michael) Henrichs of Amherst, two sisters-in-law, Delores of Plover and Arlene of Wrightstown as well as one brother-in-law Lloyd Adamski of Sussex.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Earl, Edmund and Michael and sister Eileen. Son-in-law Dale O'Brien, also a sister-in-law Bernadine and a brother-in-law Jerry.

A very special thank you to our Aunt Janet Woyak for all her kindness, love and support throughout these last few years. We are forever grateful to you.
