Wilson Edward Boshers, Born September 3, 1924 in Dallas County, Texas, and died July 31,2015 at the age of 90. He was the son on Ella M. Hulshouser Boshers and Andrew J Boshers. He is survived by one brother, Fred Ray Boshers and wife Barbara of Brownwood, Texas. Two granddaughters, Melissa and Alan Galletly, and Crystal Boshers and Cliff WIkoff, and great-grandsons Andrew and Chase Galletly and great-granddaughter Cara Wikoff complete his immediate family: but there are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and one sister-in-law, Ruth Hutcherson.

Ed grew up in Duncanville and graduated from high school there. He married Marie Ramley on June 2, 1946, and they spent 61 happy years together before her death in 2008. They moved to Farmers Branch in 1955 and spent the rest of their lives there. In 1974 they discovered a mutual love if square and round dancing and enjoyed more than thirty fun-filled years as Dixie Chainers. Ed was still dancing at the Farmers Branch Dance Club every Monday night at the end of his life.

Ed has a long career at Collin Radio but entered retirement in the 80's with many years left for the "fun things". That included an RV, fishing, boating, and many trips to the coast. He also managed to work in a number of jaunts to Las Vegas and Branson.

Ed had a multitude of friends who loved him dearly and he will be sorely missed. He had a deep faith and love of God and was a faithful member of Valwood Park Baptist Church. Picture him now.....reunited with Marie and son Barry (who preceded him in death this year)....dancing down the streets of Heaven!!
