PHILIPSBURG - Mrs. Billie E. Pierson, 36, of 122 S. Second St., Philipsburg, died Saturday, March 26, at 9:30 a.m. in the Philipsburg State General Hospital.
She was a seamstress at K and B. Sportswear in Philipsburg, a 1958 graduate of the Philipsburg-Osceola Area High School and a member of the Trinity Methodist Church in Philipsburg.
She was born in Philipsburg on June 5, 1940, a daughter of William A. and Elsie J. (Watts) Musser.
Surviving are two children, Allan L. and Mary Bierlair both at home; a brother George in the Navy at Naples, Italy, and a sister, Mrs. John (Mary Helen) Slabon of Winburne.
The Rev. Dr. Robert F. Zander will conduct a memorial service Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Trinity Church. There will be no public viewing or visitation, the family requests that contributions be made to the Centre County Mental Health Association in Bellefonte.
The Dahlgren Funeral Home in Philipsburg is in charge of arrangements.
