JoAnn was born July 13, 1975, in Murphysboro, IL, to Don and Paulette (Reiman) Moore.
She married Scott A. Phillips on June 21, 2016, in Chester, IL.
JoAnn worked as an LPN at oak Hill Nursing Home, Waterloo, IL. She was a member of the United Steel Workers Union.
JoAnn is survived by her husband, Scott of Steeleville, IL, her children: Jeffrey (Courtney ) of Steeleville, IL, Dustin of Tilden, IL; grandchildren; siblings: Shane (Sharon) of Ava, IL, Chad (Lisa) of Ava, IL, Tammy (Todd) of Steeleville, IL, LaDonna (Rusty) of Steeleville, IL; maternal grandmother, Irma of Benton, IL, and several nieces and nephews.
JoAnn is preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Michelle.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm, Friday, September 23, 2022, at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, IL,
