Born in the Sebastapol section of Jenkins Township, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Florence Emanski Woicicki.
Mrs. Wagner was a graduate of Jenkins High School. She was a devoted, loving mother, daughter, sister and wife, working as a homemaker and supporting Vincent, her husband of 56 years, who was the proprietor of Wagner Fuel Company, Exeter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Wagner, in 2010; and brothers, Norbert, Albert and Robert; and sisters, Alberta and Marie.
Surviving are her sons, Robert and his wife, Mary Ann, Rock Tavern, New York: and Rick and his wife, Jocelyn, Maplewood, New Jersey; daughter, Jane and her husband, David Kessler, Scranton; and four grandchildren. Also surviving are her twin sister, Faith Centeno, Coral Springs, Florida; sister Connie (Joseph) Bruno, Pittston; brothers-in-law, Francis Wagner, Cookstown, New Jersey, and John Wagner, Woodstock, Georgia; sister-in-law, Bernardine (Wagner) Jones, Exeter.
Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton.
