Candy Man loved to hunt, fish, and spend time with his family. He was known for making mullet nets, crab traps, and being there when or if someone needed him. Candy Man could also skin a hog faster than anyone and tell the best stories.
James is preceded by his loving parents, Charles and Elena Head of Kiln, MS and one daughter, Helen Marie Farve of Kiln, MS.

He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and a host of friends and family.
