NEVA ANN (KAUT) BOYLE married CHARLES HENRY BOYLE on 24 December 1893 in Greenup, Kentucky. Neva was born 15 November 1872 in Greenup, Kentucky, and died 27 July 1960 in Greenup, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Alice (Hunt) Kaut and George Allen Kaut.

Charles was the son of JAMES BOYLE and ELIZABETH CARR. He was born 09 December 1867 in Greenup, Kentucky, and died 01 August 1957 in Greenup, Kentucky.

Neva's father, GEORGE ALLEN KAUT, was born 24 October 1844 in Greenup, Kentucky, and died 31 July 1926 in 2833 Carter Avenue, Ashland, Boyd County, Kentucky. George married ALICE HUNT 02 November 1871 by Rev. Jeremiah Farmer, Greenup, Greenup County, Kentucky. Alice was the daughter of WILLIAM HUNT and MARTHA HOWE. She was born 01 January 1851 in Oldtown, Greenup County, Kentucky, and died 08 July 1907 at Eastern Kentucky Lunatic Asylum (currently called Eastern State Hospital), Lexington, Kentucky.

When Neva was about 8 years-old, her mother, Alice (Hunt) Kaut, was committed to Eastern Kentucky Lunatic Asylum. Alice died and was buried at the asylum 08 July 1907. Alice's was one of the only graves that had a marker. In the 1980s, Patricia (Boyle) Hoke, the family historian, located and disinterred Alice's remains from the asylum/hospital. Patricia held a full funeral for Alice complete with hearse, preacher, family members and flowers. Patricia had Alice's remains reinterred next to her beloved daughter, Neva, at the Boyle Family Cemetery in Greenup. Alice's headstone was also relocated with her remains.
