Leonard D. Dague, 72, of 36 Washington Place, Garfield, died this morning at his home after a brief illness. Born in Lancaster County, PA, he had lived in Garfield for 45 years and had been employed by the Hamersley Paper Company, Garfield for the same period. Mr. Dague was a member of Washington Camp, Patriotic Order of Sons of America and he attended the First Presbyterian Church, Garfield. Surviving are his wife, the former Theresa Hoover; one daughter, Mrs. Walter (Anna) Helmke, of McDonough, NY; three sons, Leonard, of Garfield; Clifford, of Stoughton, Mass., and Cecil, of Miami, FL; five grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Harry (Anna) Veil (sic, or Wails/Walls), of Lancaster County.
