Karen was a member of the Covington Seniors Club, Newport American Legion and the Altar Society of St. Mary's Church of Bethel, Ohio, and was a Cashier with Walmart.
Karen was born March 26, 1946 in Bradford, PA to the late Gail Elton Trumbull and Ruth (nee: Dean) Trumbull. She was also preceded in death by her Husband, Ralph Farrell and her Brother, Gail Trumbull.
Karen is survived by her Sons, Ralph Dale (Cindy) Farrell, Scott (Stephanie) Farrell, Paul Farrell, William Farrell, Joseph (Traci) Farrell, Lewis (Tracie) Farrell, Daughter, Aletha Farrell, Sisters, Darlene (Carroll) Wescott, Leslie (Randy Grow) Trumbull, 16 Grandchildren & 12 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Bellevue. Funeral Ceremony will be held 10:00 am, Friday, September 2, 2022, at the Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Bellevue, Kentucky, with Fr. Martin Pitstick officiating. Burial will take place in the Alexandria Cemetery Alexandria, Kentucky.
