Born on Saturday, January 10, 1942, she was a daughter of Norris and Sarah Richards. On September 4, 1962, she married Donald Serafini, who passed away on September 20, 2000.
Jeannette graduated in 1959 from Owen J. Roberts High School in Pottstown.
Jeannette was a member of Coudersport Gospel Tabernacle, dearly loving her pastor and church family. She enjoyed raising lambs on the farm, riding horses, flowers, and gardening. She was a talented artist and loved to paint.
Surviving are a son, Scott Serafini of Harrisburg; a daughter, Donna Serafini of Delaware; twelve grandchildren, cherishing a special bond with Casey Serafini Baun; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Gladys Richards; her significant other, Joseph Massaro of Lewisburg; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved cat, Tommy and dog, Morris.
In addition to her parents and husband, Jeannette was predeceased by a son, Mark Serafini; and her father-in-law, Edwardo "Pop" Serafini.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Port Allegany.
