Born in Murfreesboro, TN on May 15, 1934. Son of Walter S. Bean and Reba S. Bean. He lived in Savannah, Ga., for over 45 years, was a member of Local 188 Union of Savannah, Georgia for 64 years.
He will be remembered as a hard working man with a strong personality who was known for his love and hobby of restoring wrecked cars. Along with his love for the Lord, his family and his dog.
He is survived by his children Michael J. Bean (Kim) of Guyton, GA. Mark D. Bean (Rebecca) of Augusta, GA., Cheryl Croft (Larry) of Lake Sinclair, GA., siblings Lisa Williams of Hendersonville, TN., Ronnie J. Bean of Hendersonville, TN., grandchildren Dewayne, Jennifer, Amy, Joshua, McKensie, Reba, and Mark, Jr., and two great grandchildren.
